So I went to GJ with Le, Kat, John, and Richard. John and Richard are two of Kat's Harvard friends.
Before that, I was driving Brother around so he could buy stuff for GJ. Kat had called earlier to ask me to go out to eat. Just like many times before, she called me right after I finished eating with the family haha. But I still agreed to go anyway because I don't like passing up chances to chill with friends I rarely get to see. Even if it's just Kat and Le. haha jk jk. Je vous aime, mes amies :P
You know, this was the first time Brother has ever served me at his restaurant. The other three times I've been there with my friends, he was never there. But he paid for two of those meals. Anyway, I thought it was weird how professional and courteous he was tonight XD Not used to that.
But overall, Brother was a good server. He brought us extra food, kept checking up on our table (more often than any other server I've ever met), made sure we were "full and happy" (as John pointed out), and gave us his employee discount... So nice of him, eh? You know why he did all that nice stuff -nods- I don't have to repeat myself.
Anyway, interesting conversations. Talked about a few people from high school, a video game called "Braid" (sounds difficult >_> I kinda wanna try it), "Avenue Q" playing in San Jose next week (I'm sooo going with people to watch it), and Brother's niceness.
We were at the restaurant for about an hour and a half. Fun time. The only sad part about tonight was the restaurant ran out of crawfish D: An unexpectedly busy day for the restaurant.
After the masticating and swallowing, I went home, while the others went to a friend's house in Cupertino. If it was somewhere closer to South San Jose, I would have gone with them. But sadly, no. So yeah, Mother was surprised when I came home at 21h00 haha. See? I can be a good kid who comes home early by choice.
Hmm, so I really wanna go watch "Avenue Q." I've heard it's a friggin' awesome musical haha. It's gonna be at the Center for the Performing Arts. Jan 12-17. I mentioned it on Facebook, and a few people have commented about it. People who have expressed interest in going: Brian L, Harrison, Kat, Vivi. So if I can get all these guys to go on the same day at the same time, that would be awesome :D For now, I'm just waiting for replies. And hm, I don't think any of those four know each other. Though, I am quite sure that Brian and Harrison would get along just fiiine haha.
Hm, I haven't seen many musicals. The last one I saw probably was an ST production back in senior year haha. It would be pretty sweet to go to a professional musical.
So yeah, if all goes well, I'll be watching "Avenue Q" with a couple of friends sometime within the next week. If all doesn't go well, hopefully I'll still be able to go with at least one friend haha.

First clubbing experience was...
fun :) interesting, etc etc.
This may or may not be a long entry because I'm using Autumn's laptop and everyone's still asleep. I only got three hours of sleep, but I can't sleep anymore :/ Too many thoughts, I suppose. Damn.
So yesterday, Mother dropped me off at Autumn's place downtown around 1630. Maggie was already there. Just chilled and talked. I checked my email and stuff on Autumn's laptop :P Interwebz!
Around 1930, we walked to GJ for dinner. Dominique was our server. We agreed (as well as Brother) that she was cute :P Had cajun popcorn shrimp, cajun curly fries, crawfish hushpuppies, and something something etouffee haha. Oh yeah, can't forget the beignets a la mode. Good stuff. Brother covered the cost, even though he wasn't working. He kept texting me, asking me if everything was good and whatever haha. He's looking out for me and my friends. He really wants them to like me XP
We left the restaurant around 2030, I think. Went to the light rail station to wait for Elora. Had interesting conversations concerning lesbianism and its connection to hugs :P
When Elora came, we walked back to Autumn's to get ready for clubbing. Got our stuff together. We left later than expected, which really isn't much of a surprise. Met up with Ariane and Brian at the Macy's parking lot down the street from the club. Ahh, we were three minutes late for the birthday guestlist :( So Autumn, Elora, and Brian had to pay $15 each to get in.
The club wasn't packed when we came. It didn't become packed either. But it's understandable, Thanksgiving weekend; people go home.
Crystal (from Q&A) was there with her girlfriend and friends. At some point in the night, when I was dancing with my friends, she came up behind me (with a train of people?) and started grinding XP I was like "Uhhhh >_> whaat? ... Ok, whatever, just go with it." My friends were laughing at me because I don't grind :P If I really think about it, I've only done it twice before haha. And why am I always the one in front? -_- I feel so violated haha :P
Anyway, my friends had other clubgoers ask them to dance/grind. All but one were politely rejected. Though, I guess in Maggie's case, it was an unheard rejection :/ We were wary of that guy for the rest of the night. Actually, we were kinda wary of all dancers haha. Just such intense freaking :P and making out as well. Ehhh yeaah haha.
I was pretty much done dancing by 0030. That was like the longest break from any kinda dancing I've ever taken. The dancing is fun, but the club scene just ain't my thang :P But that doesn't mean I'll never go clubbing again. Maybe just once in a long while. For birthdays or something, I dunno.
We left around 0130. Went to Denny's. I was in Ariane's car. We went to the Denny's that was a block away. Brian, Maggie, Autumn, and Elora went to a different one waayyy down the street because they don't know how to listen to directions XP So Ariane and I left a message on Autumn's phone, admonishing her for not turning left haha.
Denny's was good. I got a French Toast Slam, I think it's called. We all mainly wanted drinks though. Service was just blehh. I left like a two-dollar tip.
After the late-night meal, we decided it was time to go back to Autumn's. Brian went home. And yeah, I do give hugs, Brian. Or well, I try >_> Mm, I guess special people in my life get hugs from me at least. From time to time, strangers do too :P
Anyway, I was in Ariane's car again. Followed Autumn's Beluga. So slow haha. Got caught up with Ariane a bit. In terms of her love life and whatnot.
Back at Autumn's, the five of us just talked until 0630 in the morning. Sex and relationships, fun stuff :P Interestingly enough, the majority of our conversations yesterday and this morning revolved around this topic. I felt so left out for much of the conversation though :P But it's all good. I can't relate or anything, but at least I'm learning things? haha I didn't have to share much either XP
Though, I feel like I said too much >_> But of course, they're smart kids, so they figure shit out anyway or just assume. No more asking me about my love life, people. It is nonexistent. It will stay that way because that's just how my life goes. That's how my luck goes. Every single time. So much disappointment. I thought I'd stopped expecting anything, but something always gets me. And I figure some shit out too that should stop me, but I just keep going. No more, no more, no more. I hope. Ugh. Just grr.
Sometimes, I really wish there was an off switch.
My friends tried to convince me of one thing, but I'm totally convinced of the other. Besides, they don't know everything XP
Aaanyway, I learned so many new things. Fun stuffs. Good times. Yep.
Don't know what I'm gonna do now. Wish I'd brought my iPod :/ Maybe I'll just lie down and think. I've been doing that a lot anyway. Think, think, think. Not sure it's productive or progressive, but it's all I'm gonna do. All I feel like I can do.
Blaahhh. I suck when I'm like this. I wish I'd stop. Change focus. Or well, get focus.
And maaan, I wish I would say more. I feel terrible that my friends tell me a lot about their lives, but I don't really give them much about mine. Not the really important stuff, you know. And I'm sorry for that. I'm working on it though. It will be a process, a very slow one, but it will happen.
Egh, I think I've said too much in this entry. But I'm just getting my thoughts down somewhere...
Ooh, so I forgot to post two days ago about three dreams I had. But you know, I don't even remember them all that well anymore. Or I do, but details are fuzzy.
Dream 1: A girl kissed me.
Dream 2: Same girl kisses someone else. And I'm heartbroken.
Dream 3: It had to do with a car accident. Crasher sued crashee for damages and won D:
Don't think Dream 3 was related to the first two haha. But yeah, the first two dreams, how reminiscent of real life. In sooo many ways. Though, the third one is believable too. We live in a fucked-up world filled with fucked-up people..
Ahh, delete delete delete... >_> Ok, I should just stop before I put up shit I'm gonna regret sharing with you. Even though "you" really just includes Maggie haha. Hi, Maggie :P

Yay, Karaoke!
The past three days have been great ^_^ And Le's driving/life-saving skills are super-awesome :D
Monday night: frozen yogurt with Kat, Le, and Minh (Le's younger brother, and I think that's how you spell his name). This was at 2130. Hella late, hella dark. And my mom let me go :O She must be really fond of Kat and/or Le hahaha. I mean, she didn't even let me go out at 1930 with someone else three weeks ago.
Tuesday: Ariane drove me and Kat to Gumbo Jumbo. We met Le there. Amanda served our table. Hmm, Ariane ate her first crawfish. She was freaked out haha, but then her shell-cracking technique kinda surpassed mine XP We ate for about an hour (5 pounds of spicy, 1 pound of mild, fried calamari, cajun curly fries, and beignets a la mode). The calamari was drier than i remembered, hm. Anyway, fun stuff. Good food. Ended up totalling around $96. No discount because Tony's not working, that loser. We were short $9. I only had a twenty left over. I could have taken change, but whatever. An $11-tip is pretty good, yeah?
Afterward, we all went to Le's house. Le drove Kat; Ariane, me. Haha Ariane and I just talked about (mainly) her. Love life and all :P Mine doesn't exist. Thus, we couldn't talk about it. Hers, very interesting to say the least. Anyway, Ariane couldn't stay long at Le's place. Kat, Le, and I ended up playing on the computer. Deviantart. FMyLife. MyLifeIsAverage. Texts From Last Night. OMGPOP.
Then Kat and I went home at 2230. Mother was ok with that. She didn't freak out like she used to.
Wednesday: Korean food and karaoke. Sweet!
Le drove Kat and me to this restaurant called SKD Tofu House ("SGD? STD?" hahaha), which is in Santa Clara. Waited for Andrew to arrive, since he was at De Anza. Ate some good food. Seafood Soft Tofu, mmmm. And as usual, I was the last person to finish XP I'm eating more slowly than I used to. I have no idea why.
Btw, money problems suck, and I mean "problems" as in math.
Anyway, we went down the street to a karaoke place. First time I've ever done karaoke. What fun. What hilarity. What amazing singing hahaha. We spent about an hour and a half in a small room (rate: $30/hour). Cost of food = cost of singing.
And I think the karaoke machine is biased. We kept getting 99's and 100's hahaha. I know for a fact I am not that good. I think I'm good enough to do backup vocals haha.
Songs we sang that I can remember: "So What" by Pink, "Over My Head (Cable Car)" by The Fray, "Boom Boom Pow" by Black Eyed Peas, "Living On A Prayer" by Bon Jovi, "Toxic" and "Everytime" by Britney Spears, "Love Story" by Taylor Swift, "Truly Madly Deeply" by Savage Garden, "I Want It That Way" by Backstreet Boys, "You Raise Me Up" by Josh Groban, and "A Whole New World."
Oh, the owner gave us a free CD. Of our singing, that is. Can't wait to hear it hahaha. Kat's got it. I wonder how amazing our singing/shouting/laughing was haha.
I got home at exactly 2300. Mother didn't yell, whew.
No more going out for a while, I suppose. That's ok. I do need to go to the library eventually though. I only have one book left to read, and I'll probably finish it in three or four days, hm.
Tomorrow, I have to drive Mom downtown to the Superior Court near Gumbo Jumbo. 1330, I think. Oh, what fun this will be -__- I'll probably bring my book to read again. Fear Nothing by Dean Koontz. I like his novels. Sci-fi-ish, thriller, adventure, etc etc. Whispers was the first book by Koontz that I read, and I loved it. The second was By the Light of the Moon, which I finished last night. Haha I haven't had a favorite author since I read Jack London's White Fang and Call of the Wild back in the 8th grade. Koontz, just awesome. I like his style haha. I might end up spending the summer reading all of his novels. All thirty or so of them XP
Man, now I feel like a geek talking about books. A sci-fi geek. Oh, dear, no.
Ahh, I should sleep. It's midnight.
Oh, but I forgot to mention that I will be getting new glasses in about three weeks :D Finally. I've worn round frames my whole life. Soon, I'll be sporting those plastic, rectangular ones. I'm just chock full of changes this year :P
Aaand I watched Taken and Cars today. Again, finally. Taken didn't really have a climax, or at least I didn't really feel the impact of it. The movie was good nonetheless. Cars, cute, cool, cliche.
Ok, bed now. Good night.
