My forgetfulness made me forget the word "forgetfulness" ... o_o

Sorry, I haven't been updating. These past two or so weeks have been filled with fun and busy stuffs.

I realize I haven't been home much in the past five or so weeks. Been on campus all day every day (yes, including weekends). Been reading, doing homework, and doing other things. I have barely seen Mother. And I definitely haven't seen Brother in five weeks. That's crazy. And kinda sad.

This past Saturday, I went to SF with Shiva, Harrison, Marian (Harrison's friend), and Paul (Shiva's friend from UCB). We went to the Castro for a while. Haha parking was fuuun >_> Felt like Harrison's SUV was gonna tip over 'cause he parked on a steep hill XD We went to a few shops: the HRC shop (I got dog tags for $10, though I really wanted to buy a bracelet. But it was too expensive x.x), Under One Roof, a shop specialized for men and kinky stuff haha.

Then we drove to where the In N Out was haha :P Parked in the parking garage. Got In N Out. Walked around. Checked out some shops (can't really remember which). Took some pictures. The Skeleton! The pirate ship! Not really, but yeah haha (I've been tagged in some of the pictures on Facebook if you wanna see them).

Blah, sorry for the little detail, but my memory is just gone. I can't recall many specific things T-T

Oh, there was a search for the Ghiradelli Square. Oh-em-gee, how can I forget Fisherman's Wharf? Where the pirate ship was haha. Misty and cold. Not really. Pretty though.

Ooh, Ricky Martin with a rainbow flag. Wax Museum. There was also Eminem. And Mariah Carey, though it didn't really look like her from one side. Haha I laugh at the fact that they put Em and MC on the same spinning thingy. How controversial >_>

Just lots of stuff in SF that I can't recall ): Darn memory.

The Saturday before, I slept over at Shiva's. We were trying to finish our Non-Conforming Behavior term papers. Which I did horribly on. Well, 87/100 isn't too bad.

Same weekend, but on Friday, Harrison and I helped Shiva move into her old apartment. Fun stuff. Tiring. Took allll day XP 'cause we took our time. We were also dancing a lot. Shiva kept playing "Cooler Than Me," "Black and Gold," and a few other songs over and over. Songs that I gave her. She's obsessed!

The Thursday before that, there was a Kendo dinner. I didn't realize I was going until I was there. Sweet Tomatoes. In that plaza where my brother took me once for Jamba Juice. Oh, memories... Anyway, dinner was good. I apparently didn't eat enough. The Naginata sensei gave Shiva and Veronica each a bouquet for their birthdays. Really big bouquets. After dinner, we (Shiva, Veronica, Jay, and I) were taking pictures with the flowers in front of Sweet Tomatoes. Shiva and I were crushed... by flowers. There's evidence... on Facebook. Oh, and yeah, she kissed my cheek >_> right as the picture was taken.

Can anyone tell she's dictating what I say? :P Ok, not dictating, just reminding me of stuffs that happened haha.

Shiva says that I have the mind of an old geezer. She's not kidding. She's so mean T-T such a bully...

Anyway, yeah, that's the past two weeks. Kinda. I can't really be sure @_@

Hmph, Shiva's being mean to me right now T-T She won't tell me what I forgot about SF -sniff- I feel hurt, sad. She's taking pleasure in my sadness, my forgetfulness. Ahh, my forgetfulness saddens me. Seriously, it does.

Ok, anyway, I should get started on my term paper for Social Problems XD or else Shiva's gonna bust my ass o__o I'm sleeping over again. To study for stuff. She helps me. Crazy, isn't it? I'm studying for exams.

Btw, I guess I should say... Shiva is my girlfriend, just so you know... :P

Root canals aren't that bad...

Past couple of days have been interesting. Haven't updated about any of it because my computer contracted a virus T-T Apparently downloaded itself into my computer. It wouldn't let me connect to any website except for one that "sells" an anti-virus program called AV Security Suite. Couldn't open up the task manager or Control Panel to get rid of it. Kept giving me warnings about how files on my computer were infected. Wouldn't let me open any of my programs T-T

But now the virus is gone. Yay for online removal instructions.

If I couldn't get rid of the virus today, I would have been allowed to buy a netbook O: Wow. Oh well. I'm good with my desktop until it craps out on me or something.

Ooh, D's gonna give me his external hard drive so that I can put my music files in it, just in case my desktop does decide to die.

But anyway, back to Thursday. Went to campus around 15h00 after driving Mother to the eye doctor. Chilled with Shiva. Was going to go to Music in the Park. But friggin' headache meant loud music would not be a good idea T-T

Hmm, it's been a while, so details have disappeared from my brain D: but I remember Jay and Veronica coming over to write stuff in a birthday card to the Naginata sensei. They like the smell of permanent marker, egh XP Then off to Kendo/Naginata.

Gave the birthday card and a nagamaki to the Naginata sensei. Took pictures. Fun stuff. I still find it weird that I'm being included in all these club things >_> 'cause I'm not actually a part of the club.

Hm, the sensei for Kendo said that I lied O: He said I said I would show up to all the practices. But I didn't T-T I said I would try to come watch sometime. Haha he went out and brought a cushiony chair into the basketball court for me to sit on XD He told me if I keep showing up, he'd bring in a chair for me every time haha XP

So I sat in the chair and watched the few people who showed up practice. Tried to take pictures, but Shiva's camera is too slow or the people are just too fast :P haha Veronica broke Jay's naginata in half XD That was pretty awesome. I mean, not for the naginata. But it was interesting to see. I looked over at them for two seconds before it happened.

But anyway, fun stuff to watch. Shiva and I left the practice about an hour early. Back to her place. Then out for a walk and food. Iguana's, my first time there. Ran into Jonathan G (the guy I met at parties) and his coworkers. Talked for a while. His coworkers left. He stayed to walk with Shiva and me >_> Ate foods in front of the SJ Rep. Yay, wind and stuff haha. Green sauce was interesting.

Walked back to room. Sprinklers! I got soaked. I meant to pull Shiva through with me, but she resisted -_- Darn you, Shiva.

Anyway, Jon went home. Shiva and I went back up to her room, though I wanted to keep walking outside. Outside was nice. Would have gone back outside, but somehow we managed to pass time in her room for quite a while before going to sleep. Oh yeah, CUTE KITTEN VIDEOS.... ^_^ Adorrrable.

But anyway, we ended up going to bed at like 1h30 or something like that :P An interesting night's sleep it was for me.

Waking up was interesting too. I had set my alarm for 6h30 as usual. I woke up at 6h30. Got up at 6h40. Shiva made me go back to bed for an hour -_-

Marian gave us both a ride to the dentist all the way past the car dealerships on Capitol O: So far from campus.

45-minute appointment. And Shiva has to go back on Friday 'cause her root canal's not done, hm.

Bus and light rail back to campus. Took about an hour. Went by really quickly.

What did we do the rest of the day? I don't really remember. Though, I do recall being attacked by Shiva's fingers T-T I could still feel the tickles when I went home. Phantom tickles -shudders-

Oh, we also watched "Sherlock Holmes" :D Interesting movie.

Holmes: "Madam, I need you to remain calm. And trust me, I'm a professional. Beneath this pillow, lies the key to my release."
Maid: -screams, runs-

And I didn't know that Sherlock Holmes could plan out physical attacks in his head so quickly o_o Those scenes were pretty awesome.

If you haven't watched the movie, you should. It's pretty entertaining.

Mm, other than that, there's not much else for me to share about Thursday and Friday. Well, I could... but nahh... :P You don't need to know everything haha.

Yesterday and today was full of me driving family around. Fun stuff >_> But anyway, now, it seems that I shall be chillin' with Shiva and Harrison some more before 10 and sleep :P

So good night haha.

Palo Alto Kendo Tournament....

I got up at 5 to get ready. Campus by 7. Mother drove me there 'cause I missed the light rail. The car ride to campus sucked..

Anyway, this is gonna be a quick entry, sadly, 'cause I need to go to bed.

Three-person teams.
SJSU team got pretty far in its bracket.
Andrew P's team (San Jose) won the Adult Kyu division. If SJSU had kept going, Andrew and Shiva would have faced each other :P I would have laughed. Dunno why though.
Jonathan C is definitely a good competitor.
Andrew was awesome. I didn't know how good he actually was at Kendo. Definitely a lot of skill there. I think he said he was sankyu(?).
Mm, Shiva's camera died early ): during one of her matches. And it was right before Di's match, which was pretty kick-ass.
Shiva took a hard fall during one of her matches D: I could feel the pain from where I was sitting haha XP
I am a rack. I hold everyone's stuff. I guard. Not very well though haha.
Jonathan's mom is nice. "Who is this strange lady taking pictures of us?" "That's my mom."
Mini kendoka key chains or actually phone add-on thingies :D
I took allergy medicine before I left the house. It said non-drowsy. Though, it does have the "may cause drowsiness" warning. I started feeling sleepy thirty minutes into the competition -_- Had some moments where my eyes didn't wanna stay open. I fell asleep a few times. So sad.
Screaming banshees (female kiai)? Not as bad as the first competition though.
Time was weird today. It went really slow, then really fast, then really slow again. "It must be 3 now -check watch- Oh, wow, it's only 11h45." "Ok, now, it's gotta be 1. Holy shit, it's already 4!" Yeah, time was weird.

Just lots of fun, interesting stuff.

Got back to campus by about 17h00. The Sport Club facilities closed at that time. Shiva couldn't get in to put away her bogu. Just barely missed the time. There was a guy who could have let her in but didn't.

Um, I chilled with her for a couple of hours. Got pizzas from Extreme Pizza and AriZona from Walgreens ("baa baaaa." The sliding doors make baa-ing noises). Back to her dorm because Shiva didn't want to eat outside -_- Listened to music from my iPod. Those five or so hours passed by real quick O:

Light rail home. I fell asleep on it, of course. Mother drove me home from the light rail. I didn't wanna listen to anything she said, so I kept listening to my music. She keeps saying the same shit over and over. Yet, nothing's really changed or happened. I'm still doing what I do, and she still does what she does. What is the fucking point of what she does to me? It has had no success, and she can see that.

I need to get out before I do something stupid. I mean, really not good. Mm..

But I'll try not to think about that shit. I'll just think about all the good things from today. Good things. Happy people. Memorable times.

French and Sociology finals today...

Not too much happening lately...

Monday was the last day of classes.

But I didn't tell Mother, so I ended up being on campus all day yesterday. Chillaxing with Shiva as I tried to make her focus on studying for her finals. Sold my French textbook for $32 to the Spartan Bookstore. My Physics book is not up-to-date T-T so they recycled it for me.

Hung out with Harrison at 17h00. Half an hour later than when we had agreed. My fault. Was having an important conversation when 16h30 came around. But we had fun, talking and sharing a super burrito and a bottle of Coke from La Vic's. When was the last time I ate food with a friend on a bench, hm? So loong ago. But yeah, that burrito was pretty good. Harrison and I spent nearly two hours watching a few movie trailers on his iTouch and talking about dating/relationships (his experiences), hair, some chick who was trying to figure out how to skateboard in front of us, my comfortableness with intimate(?) things haha, and the usual random stuff Harrison says.

Met up with Shiva and Brian around 19h00. Harrison went to the library to study and also to wait for me O: So nice of him >_<

I watched Kendo people practice. Final practice for the semester. Ended early.

I will continue to be amazed and impressed -nods-

After the practice ended, Kendo and Naginata people went to the Pizzeria on San Carlos. I joined them. I feel like a moocher. Actually, I am a moocher XP But their sensei offered to pay for me >_> Hmm, he compliments me a lot and asks for my opinion often. I'm definitely not used to that haha. He said he enjoys having me around as a guest XD

Haha he compelled me to join in group photos and the end-of-practice pep talk(?). How interesting.

Anyway, yeah, Pizzeria. Vegetarian pizza. Interesting. I generally dislike bell peppers, but I actually picked them off the pizza and ate them. Something must be wrong with me -_- Oh, and the garlic bread smelled way strong @_@ I couldn't handle it. I like the light garlicky smell better haha.

Harrison gave me a ride home at 23h00. Mother was happy with that.

Mm, today was finals. French was more difficult than I expected -_- And the Sociology final had stuff that I wasn't in class to learn. I was supposed to go to the Sociology department early in the day to get my major form back, but they were closed till 13h30 -_- So I'm gonna have to get that on Friday. Anyway, I chilled with Shiva for parts of the day. And I actually went home early O: So sad. But I had promised Mother I would go home.

Oh, today, I was also sitting at a bench, reading L'Etranger, written by Albert Camus. Anyway, some European lady sat down next to me and started talking to me about French, languages, the swimming pool, her fatness, bikes, and other random things. She also interjected into the conversations of passersby. I just kept trying to read my book but maintained slight conversation and gave her polite feedback. Eventually, she did leave.

Am I inviting? I mean, do I look like an inviting person? Do I seem to be someone who will listen, no matter how crazy or strange a speaker may appear? Hmm. At least it wasn't some creeper or preacher this time XP

Anyway, tomorrow, I'm staying home -_- Hopefully will get my Linguistics paper done. Then selling at least one more book on Friday. Yay, free Jamba Juice ^_^ (selling books to the bookstore gets students free 16 oz JJ, wooo).

-yawn- I should go to bed. So tiiired. People can be so tiring... haha... Ahh, my brain is starting to lose sense x_x

Oh, before I forget, Kendo competition this Saturday in Palo Alto. Hopefully, I'm going. Shiva and Andrew P are gonna participate :D Wooo. I should ask Andrew if I can get a ride, since he lives right down the street haha XP

Kendo Competition, yay :D

Today, I spent eight hours at a kendo competition that was held at Leigh High School.

Woke up before 6h30 (more like 5h30 because of DST). Showered and ate something. D let me borrow the Avalon. Drove to SJSU to pick up Shiva. Drove to Leigh. Got there before 8h30.

I pretty much sat on the bleachers for the next eight hours. Sore butt -_-

I wish I comprehended more, so I could describe the competition. But -shrug-

Jonathan came around 10h30. Veronica and Jay (those are their names, right? >_> I can only ever remember them as the naginata people) came in the afternoon.

Anyway, at first, I couldn't really keep up with anything XP The strikes were a bit too fast for my eyes haha. Gradually, my eyes adapted and knew what to look for in the matches. Jonathan helped me learn what to look for too: Men (head/helmet), kote (wrist/glove), and do (torso). I only saw two attempts at tsuki (a thrust aimed at the throat). And one accidental "tsuki" :P That one looked painful.

I only saw a shinai drop two or three times. Well, one of those times, it was knocked out the kendoka's grip. One of the other times, another guy swung his shinai, and it flew out of his hands >_>

Hmm, SJSU participated in the 5-member team bracket. Had to borrow participants from other dojos. Boman and Siu. Talented guys. Sadly, SJSU didn't make it past Rancho Cordova :( But I'd say the captains' match was really close XP

Ahaha, the little kids were sooo adorable XD There was one boy, who was like three-foot tall, from the San Jose Kendo Dojo. He fought a teenager who seemed to have a three-foot advantage on him XP It was so funny. But that lil kid ended up carrying two trophies >_>

And I have to say that I find most guys' kiai sound so much better and more pleasing than the girls' kiai. Girls sound like they're dying >_> Felt like I was watching a horror movie. Just screaming. Not battle cries :P No strength in the kiai, just a shriek, a slowly dying shriek.

Anyway, San Jose Dojo went home with the most trophies. Not unexpected. They were the largest group there.

I wish I could remember more, but all the clacking of shinai and all the kiai gave me a headache XP Possibly erased some memory too haha.

After the competition, the five of us (Shiva, Jonathan, Veronica, Jay, and I) went to Hometown Buffet to eat. Shiva paid for me (Oh yes, I suppose I should mention that she also bought me two cookies during the competition :P). Some good stuff. I especially liked the cornbread and the fried shrimp, mmmm...

Drove Shiva back to campus. Got the car back to D.

Now, I'm home.

Overall, today was chill and exciting. I was blown away by talent. And cuteness haha. Seriously though, I wouldn't mind doing this again :)

Oh, and Shiva likes to steal my warmth O___O So scary -___-; Should I feel threatened? I feel threatened. Though, it was nice to release some of that body heat. I retain too much heat -_- But still, that was a lil weird >_>
